Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (LNAA) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County (trial court) which overruled LNAA's preliminary objections to the petition for appointment of a board of viewers filed by WBF Associates, L.P. (WBF) and declared that a de facto taking of WBF's property occurred on September 30, 1996. The trial court's order also granted WBF's petition for appointment of a board of viewers and appointed members of the board of viewers to assess condemnation damages.
